While wearing high heels and walking heel to toe, when the toe box hit the floor there is a noise. How do I keep the noise just for the heel?

In heels you don't walk heal first, point your toes and your foot lands flat, heel first then the sole tends to give you the nice sexy heels tap followed by the unwanted slap of the sole. Takes some doing, there's YouTube videos of walking in heels correctly. Have fun, oh try heels that ain't too high first otherwise a trip to AnE with a sprained ankle might be required!
